    Isabelle and Jessica are trainee teachers. They finished Basi Pilates training and will complete their certification hours by teaching the classes listed above.

Class descriptions

FORM-FOCUSED REFORMER (formerly beginner reformer)

A slower-paced, coached reformer class focused on proper form, alignment, and control.


This class is designed to help you build a strong foundation, improve body awareness, and move with confidence. Instructors provide clear guidance and hands-on cueing to ensure you’re performing each exercise correctly.


Ideal for beginners, those returning after a break, or anyone who wants to refine their technique and get more out of every movement.

STRENGTH REFORMER (formerly mixed level reformer) 

A full-body reformer workout focused on building strength, stability, and control.


This class blends flowing sequences with intentional coaching to help you develop strength while maintaining proper form. Expect a challenging but accessible workout that meets you where you are.


Suitable for most clients with some reformer experience or those ready to progress beyond the fundamentals.

ATHLETIC REFORMER

A dynamic, faster-paced reformer class designed for experienced clients looking to build strength, endurance, and coordination.


This class incorporates more advanced exercises, longer sequences, and increased intensity while still emphasizing control and precision.


Best for clients who are comfortable with reformer fundamentals and want a more challenging, athletic experience.
